Warren W. Blanchard, Jr. is the Chief Financial Officer of Spectrum Health, Inc. and its affiliates, Hospice of Palm Beach County, Inc. and Spectrum Healthcare Foundation, Inc. Prior to joining Spectrum management in 2005 he served the organization in a voluntary capacity as a Director and Treasurer of Hospice of Palm Beach County and later as Vice Chairman of Spectrum. Mr. Blanchard was a founding Partner of Brisbane Capital LLC, a middle market investment banking firm. Before Brisbane, he was the Managing Partner of Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP) in West Palm Beach and a Partner in Miami and Tampa. Mr. Blanchard holds series 7, 24 and 28 Federal securities licenses and is a Florida Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Blanchard is a graduate of the University of South Florida. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
