Thomas V. Foy is the Controller/Director of Accounting of Hospice of Palm Beach County, Inc. Prior to joining Hospice management in 2006 Mr. Foy was the Chief Financial Officer of Builtwell Construction, Inc., a residential builder in northern Palm Beach County. Before that, Mr. Foy was the Business Operations Manager of DRS Optronics where he facilitated the migration of the US Government's $500 million dollar Kiowa Warrior helicopter program purchased from Boeing in Anaheim, California to DRS' manufacturing facility in Melbourne, Florida. He also had a lengthy career with United Technologies, Pratt & Whitney in Palm Beach County where he served in various finance and accounting roles supporting many of the company’s contracts with the US Government. Mr. Foy is a Florida Certified Public Accountant. He is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University with Bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Management and he holds an MBA from Nova Southeastern University. Mr. Foy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
