Fay Van Fleet joined Hospice of Palm Beach County in August 2007. She has a wide variety of experience in healthcare having worked in various ICU settings. She brings leadership experiences from both inpatient and outpatient settings in stem cell transplant, medical-surgical nursing, ICU nursing, and dialysis. Currently she is a Regional Director of Patient Care Services.
Mrs. Van Fleet has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and earned a Master of Science in Leadership from South University in 2011.
