Fred Watson joined Hospice of Palm Beach County in September 1998 as Director of Human Resources. He was promoted to Vice President of Administration in March 2001. Mr. Watson oversees Human Resources, Facilities, Food Services and Volunteers. He graduated from Florida International University specializing in Human Resources Management. Mr. Watson is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Palm Beach County Chapter of Human Resource Association. He is the Forum Chair for the Human Resources Committee of the National Hospice Workgroup.
