For over thirty years Hospice of Palm Beach County has provided peace of mind to people in need. We are committed to each patient, family member and to the medical community. From an elderly woman whose husband is seriously ill, to a young child whose mother is dying, to a middle-aged couple who have lost a beloved pet, Hospice of Palm Beach County is there to embrace our community.
Our outreach efforts create awareness and build trust in the Hospice of Palm Beach County programs and services. These programs and services focus on the needs of every individual and highlight the benefits of Hospice and early access to care. We pledge to reach out to our community and healthcare professionals by providing guidance and a unique educational experience.
